I'm Cristin Thomas, founder of Innovative Affect. Over two decades in nonprofit, educational, and entrepreneurial leadership taught me that the most durable outcomes happen at the intersection — where data-driven thinking meets human creativity, where institutional resources meet community knowledge, where bold vision meets disciplined execution.

I've led the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses initiative at Dallas College, built statewide arts and storytelling festivals, taught across four universities, and developed strategic partnerships with Capital One, Wells Fargo, Shell, Bank of America, and dozens more. The work, in every form, has been the same: turning vision into systems that serve students, entrepreneurs, and communities.
